From Mumka we will contact the client to explain the procedure to follow.
Mumka will assume the exchange costs in the following countries: Spain (Except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Germany, Austria, France ,Portugal. For the rest of the world, the exchange costs will be borne by the clients and the return can be made by any courier company chosen by the client.
You will have a period of 14 days * to make your return from the day you receive the product, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons.

Conditions for Changes and Returns:
In all cases, the products to be returned and / or exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. When we check that the item (s), as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return or exchange the products purchased.
