SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Where is my order? When will I receive my tracking number?
After placing an order and receiving the confirmation email, our team will begin to manage the shipment. As soon as your order is on its way, our courier company will notify you via email and provide you with the tracking number.
- How much are the shipping costs?
It depends on where the package is sent.
- What are the general shipping times for a purchase?
We are very fast!
Spain, France, Germany and Portugal between 24 and 48 hours
The rest of the countries 72 hours or so!
- Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?
In this case it may be that you have not written the email correctly or the purchase could not be completed. Write to email@example.com and we will solve it for you right away.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- What is your return policy?
You have a period of 30 days to make an exchange or return from on the day you receive the product. We take care of the exchange costs in the following countries: Spain, Germany, Austria, France and Portugal. For the rest of the world, the costs of the exchange or return will be borne by the customer.

You have 30 days from when you receive the order :)
- What happens if I receive a defective product?
First, we are very sorry that you received a defective product. It doesn't usually happen... if so write to email@example.com and we will solve it for you right away.
- I have returned/exchanged my product, how long does it take for the refund?
The refund is made within 24-48 hours. We are fast :)
- How should I prepare my package for return/exchange?
Remember that the box is part of your order and must arrive at our warehouse in the same condition in which it was sent. All products will be accepted as long as they are in the same condition in which they were purchased and in their original box, properly packaged and protected.
- Do you accept cash on delivery?
No, at the moment we do not accept.
- What are the payment methods available?
Visa, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay
- How do I use a discount code?
It is very simple. On the final payment screen you will see a box: Discount code or gift card. Enter the code you have and that's it. We have a loyalty program where we give away discounts, just by signing up you get 10%! For any problem with your discount code you can write to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Can I pay in installments?
At the moment we don't have the option but we are working on it.

- How can I know what my size is?
Our sizing follows the European standard, so we advise you to buy the size you normally wear. We have a very well explained size guide here
