Changes

You will have a period of 30 days to make your change from the day you receive the product. In the event of any incident related to changes or returns, please contact Rever through his email: help@itsrever.com

Mumka will cover the exchange costs in the following countries: Spain, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Portugal. For the rest of the world, customers will be responsible for the exchange costs. Additionally, returns can be made through any courier company chosen by the customer.

 

Returns

You will have 30 days to make your return from the day you receive the product, without any penalty and without needing to provide reasons. In Spain, a fee of €2.99 will be applied for the return. In other countries where returns are possible, a fee of €5.99 will be applied

The cost of shipping on returns is not refunded.

 

Conditions for Changes and Returns:

In all cases, the products to be returned and/or exchanged must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Therefore, to avoid transport problems, please ensure that the package is duly protected and sealed. Once received, Mumka will check their status. Finally, we will check the status of both the item(s), as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation. Once they are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund or exchange the products purchased.
